I started training with the club when I was 12 years old and found it a great way to keep fit while learning something new with each lesson and having fun.

What do you love about karate?

The lessons karate teaches. Lessons not just karate only. Lessons for whole life. Whole life have a balance. Balance good, Karate good, Everything good.
